SPRINGPHOS-E

MIXED PHOSPHATE for Tofu products.

SPRINGPHOS-E is a blended phosphate, mixture of polyphosphate and pyrophosphate , for egg tofu product.

Benefit:
  1. Improving appearance of egg tofu products.
  2. Preventing oxidation process and increased storage time.
  3. Protein in egg tofu keep stable during storage conditions.
Applications
  1. Dissolve 0.3 – 0.5 % (wt/wt) of Springphos – E (Mixed Phosphate) in small quantity of warm water.
  2. Add this solution to blended egg (Beating albumen and egg yolk until mix well) and stirring well to mix promptly and evenly.
